Rainey Kelly Campbell Roalfe/Y&R's digital arm, 2.1, has unveiled a pounds 1 million national multimedia campaign to launch a new online casino called The Spin Room.
The website, www.thespinroom.com, includes all the usual casino games from poker to roulette and aims to focus on simplicity and a distinctive design.
The campaign includes one print execution showing a girl dancing. She is framed in a heart shape intending to show she is the queen of hearts, with the strapline: 'Play for fun.' Another execution shows a silhouette of a man as the king of clubs, with the strapline: 'Play it cool.' A generic playing card design aims to bring consistency across the different communications within the campaign.
The campaign was devised by Simon Labbett and David Gamble. Media planning and buying is by The Digital Edge.
