Angry shareholders approved a series of board changes at AOL Time Warner but offered only equivocal support to existing AOL executives. While more than 90 per cent of shareholders voted in favour of the re-election of most of the board, Steve Case, the outgoing chairman, and three other directors linked with America Online received considerably less backing. - The Times.
