REVIEW: ASA bans Cobra slogan

The Advertising Standards Authority has banned the Indian lager brand Cobra from using its "The beer with less bubbles could make your sales double

slogan and said that the brewery could not prove the claim that people would eat more food because the lager was less gassy after receiving complaints from rival manufacturers. The advertising was created by the McCann-Erickson offshoot Magic Hat. - General release.
