REVIEW: Shareholders step up protest campaign over WPP chief executive's pay

Shareholders are stepping up a campaign to protest at the pay of Sir Martin Sorrell, the WPP chief executive, after the Government unveiled voluntary proposals to curb multimillion-pound payoffs. He is entitled to a £3 million pay-off under the terms of a three-year renewable contract. WPP says the contract is justified because of Sorrell's personal investment in WPP. - The Times.
