REVIEW: Taylor Nelson Sofres agrees to buy rival company

Taylor Nelson Sofres, the market research company, has agreed to buy the rival company NFO WorldGroup from Interpublic Group. Taylor Nelson, a UK-listed company, has agreed a cash-and-shares deal worth $425 million (£263.8 million) to buy NFO.
