Travelex will sponsor ITV1's coverage of the World Cup in a £3 million deal, which puts the international foreign exchange operation on ITV1 for the first time. Granada Enterprises, which was initially seeking bids worth around £4 million, struck the deal after six final offers were submitted by the end of the bidding process last week.
