The new company, which will be led by Vicky Moffatt, has a working definition as a "research and development lab". It will tap the expertise of Saatchis employees from around the network, as well as consultants from the music, film, art and business worlds.
The offer will incorporate creativity and strategy to help clients address issues ranging from new-product development to changing their internal cultures.
Lee Daley, Saatchis' chief executive, said: "Industry @ Saatchi allows us to drive clients' business forward further and faster. This is an innovation that pushes our value proposition beyond advertising and embraces a broader idea of creativity."
He added that one client has already signed up, but declined to name it.
Moffatt, who joined the agency in March from Wunderman and Y&R Brands, added: "Clients are passionate to be part of this new model and we are excited about unlocking new possibilities for our clients to drive shareholder value."
