Granada Sky Broadcasting, the satellite joint venture between Sky

Television and Granada, has revamped its schedules for the spring in a

bid to boost lower-than-expected audiences.

The new schedules include reruns of Cracker, the Professionals, Prime

Suspect and Brideshead Revisited, all on the golden oldie channel,

Granada Plus. A new series tied in with LWT’s South Bank Show is also

planned.

GSB is putting fresh marketing spend behind key shows, such as Dempsey

and Makepeace. Ads will appear on the GSB channels, on the Granada-owned

ITV stations, with promotions in Granada service stations and Granada

Rentals stores.
