- Snyder Communications is continuing its acquisition spree with the news that it is in talks to acquire two West Coast advertising agencies.
One target is Ingalls Moranville Advertising, San Francisco, and the second is an undisclosed Los Angeles shop. The acquisitions would give the Bethesda, Maryland, based network both Silicon Valley and Hollywood clients.
If the deals go through, it will bring to five the number of ad agencies Snyder has acquired in the last year. Most recently, it bought Partners BDDH in London last month in a £16 million ($27 million) deal.
Ingalls Moranville was founded in 1995 by two ex-Saatchi & Saatchi, San Francisco, creatives, Rob Ingalls and David Moranville. With claimed billings of $51 million (£30 million) its clients include US West and Sega.
