JWT London has created a digital campaign to raise awareness of the Special Olympics Great Britain, which was founded over 30 years ago for all people with learning disabilities.
Filmed at Wembley Arena, the interactive online film shows Special Olympics athlete Omar Haddad preparing for and performing a gymnastics routine. Online users can operate an interactive volume slider to control the level of encouragement Haddad receives from the crowd. If enough encouragement is built up, Omar performs his routine.
The viral shown here is a teaser, and non-interactive, which aims to drive people to the
website encourageomar.co.uk where the interactive film is hosted.
The campaign is hosted on Netmums.com and aims to illustrate how positive support helps people with learning disabilities transform their lives through sport.
