TBWA restructures its management team

TBWA\London has unveiled management changes in preparation for the departure of Jonathan Mildenhall, its managing director.

Mildenhall is leaving the agency in March to attend the advanced management programme course at Harvard Business school. Matt Shepherd-Smith, the former joint managing director, is assuming his responsibilities.

Two deputy managing directors have been appointed to support Shepherd-Smith: Neil Hourston, the head of planning, and Victoria Davies, the head of account management. They will also maintain their current responsibilities.

The creatives Tony McTear, Frazer Jellyman and Alasdair Graham have been promoted to the role of deputy creative director, filling a role vacated by Paul Silburn, who joined Fallon Minneapolis last year.

Tom Morton, the deputy planning director at Rainey Kelly Campbell Roalfe/Y&R, has been hired as a managing partner, heading planning on PlayStation.
