Filler, formerly chief executive of technology and distribution at Scoota, joins as commercial director for digital strategy. He is responsible for the group’s digital ad strategy and its profile in the wider market and reports into director of ad revenue Robert Fitch.

Muil joins as Telegraph Media Group’s partnership director, overseeing its Apple News service and performance. He was formerly at iAd, Apple’s now defunct ad network, and reports into Jim Freeman, commercial director of sales and trading.

His move will likely deepen the links between his former employer and the Telegraph, which is the UK ad sales partner for Apple News.
