Tempus buys US Web agency

- Tempus Group, the parent company of CIA Medianetwork, has continued its US buying spree with the acquisition of a 20% stake in the Multimedia Marketing Group.

- Tempus Group, the parent company of CIA Medianetwork, has continued its US buying spree with the acquisition of a 20% stake in the Multimedia Marketing Group.

The Oregon based company is a web marketing agency that counts Intel and Promus Hotels among its clients. Last week, Tempus bought the New York-based media independent VSM Media, which was renamed CIA VSM Media.
