Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO makes the list for Currys PC World campaign "Hints"; which enabled people to submit their Christmas gift wishes and have them displayed on outdoor sites across the UK.

Currys PCWorld invited customers to complete an online entry form via its website. People were able to pen a subtle hint outlining what they would like for Christmas, and select the location where they would like it to appear.

DigitasLBi is nominated for ‘Pigeon air patrol’, for Plume Labs, in which pigeons were fitted with pollution detectors as they flew around London.

Meanwhile TMW Unlimited is recognised for ‘Bigger issues’, its socia media campaign for Lynx and the Campaign Against Living Miserably. The campaign aimed to raise awareness that the single biggest killer of men aged under 45 is suicide.

The US account for 15, and Australia 11, of the 73-strong shortlist, which spans 20 countries. The UK also sits behind Brazil, Canada, Japan and the Netherlands, which have five nominations each.
