Jackson, the purple puppet created by Jim Henson’s Creature Shop, which began appearing in Three’s ads this year, marks a revolution for the operator. Malleschitz says Jackson is the manifestation of Three’s brand purpose: to make right what the mobile industry got wrong for so long. He says he got goosebumps in a recent meeting when someone asked, "What would Jackson do in this situation?" and takes it as a sign that the new thinking is taking root among Three’s staff.
