Kraft has appointed internal candidate Maurizio Brusadelli to the top job in the UK and Ireland, replacing Nick Bunker, who is leaving to head up United Biscuits' new snacks business. (Marketing)

Kerry Foods former marketing chief Kelly Rafferty is taking up a senior marketing role at Kraft, to work on Milka, its flagship chocolate brand. (Marketing)

Channel 4 has swooped on Jonathan Lewis, the former managing director of online video platform Vevo and director of digital at Channel 5 owner Northern & Shell, as its first head of digital and partnership innovation. (Media Week)

Infectious Media, the independent media trading desk, has hired Chris Stark and Peter Hanford to the newly created roles of product director and head of sales respectively. (Media Week)

Hi-Media, the online ad exchange, has appointed Adconion's global sales director Dan Ginns as commercial director, as the company moves to further develop its operations in the UK. (Media Week)

Bloomberg, the business and financial news network, has named Damian Douglas as its new digital commercial director, EMEA, as the company aims to strengthen its broadcast and digital media sales team. (Media Week)

Jason Elson has joined Immediate Media in the new role of ad director across the company's food portfolio. (Media Week)
