Crispin Porter & Bogusky London has hired Adam Kean, the former Publicis London executive creative director, as a creative director. (Campaign)

Draftfcb has promoted Luis Silva Dias, the president of its Portuguese operation, to the role of European chief creative officer, effective immediately. (Campaign)

Manning Gottlieb OMD has promoted its managing director, Robert Ffitch, to chief executive as part of a raft of top-level promotions at the Omnicom agency. (Campaign)


Jo Blundell, Burger King UK's marketing director, has left the fast-food chain two years after joining from rival McDonald’s. It is thought that she has been replaced, but Burger King declined to give further details, (Marketing)


Sylvia Auton, the chairman and chief executive of IPC Media, will retire on 3 May after 36 years with the publishing company. Auton joined IPC in 1977 as a marketer and rose through the ranks to the chief executive role by 2003. (Media Week)

PC Media has appointed Marie Claire publisher Toby Evans to the same role on its fashion and beauty magazine InStyle, replacing Sarah Hammond who has left the company. (Media Week)

Jean-Claude Decaux, founder of outdoor media giant JCDecaux, is stepping down from the company's non-executive board in May. The 75-year-old will remain as founder and honorary chairman, while his youngest son and granddaughter join the executive and non-executive boards respectively. (Media Week)


FTI Consulting has snared Deutsche Bank's former global comms head Jennie Younger to work as a senior managing director in its London business. (PR Week)

Partnership, the UK annuities provider understood to be seeing a stock market float, has appointed Lee Blackwell as head of PR and public affairs manager to grow understanding of the brand. (PR Week)

Conservative Party adviser Tom Muir has been poached to head up comms for Circle, the group operating Hinchingbrooke Hospital , the NHS' first privately run hospital. (PR Week)

The former president of Kreab Gavin Anderson (KGA), Fergus Wylie, has joined Newgate owner Porta Communications to spearhead its international growth. (PR Week)
