McCann London has hired Naked's head of strategy, Nathaniel Hill, as a planning partner. (Campaign)

E-cigarettes brand Blu has bolstered its marketing efforts with the appointment for former L'Oreal marketer James Dodkin as the brand's first UK marketing director. (Marketing)

Eva Eisenschimmel, the former managing director, group marketing brands at Lloyds Banking Group, is to join serviced office provider Regus next month to lead its marketing team, following a restructure of the business. (Marketing)

Nike has promoted Neil Potter to a newly-created UK digital brand director role, in a possible sign that it will step up its UK digital activity. (Marketing)

Media

Northern & Shell has promoted Jason Mawer, its digital director, to the new role of commercial director of N&S+, its division handling print and digital ad sales as well as creative solutions and partnerships. (Media Week)

VivaKi, Publicis Groupe's trading arm, has promoted the UK general manager of its programmatic media platform Audience On Demand (AOD), Geoff Smith, to the newly created role of vice-president of EMEA. (Media Week)

Clear Channel has hired Mark Smith, the planning operations director at Kinetic, in the new role of agency director, replacing Ged Weston, who is joining Eye Airports as sales director. (Media Week)
