Zenith Media has hired Rhona Tridgell to head its BT business and
build on its planning credentials.
Tridgell joins from the headhunter, Kendall Tarrant, where she was a
media consultant for less than a year. Zenith Media is still looking for
a head of strategic planning following the departure of Rosemary Gorman
in the summer, but an announcement is expected shortly.
Simon Marquis, managing director of Zenith Media, said of Tridgell’s
appointment: ’She’s a terrific operator who has a long track record of
managing significant pieces of business.’
Before joining Kendall Tarrant, Tridgell was media communications
director of Foote Cone & Belding, but was made redundant after the
merger with Banks Hoggins O’Shea in 1998. She was previously client
services director at Ogilvy & Mather’s media agency, The Network, which
is now MindShare.
