Soap, the digital agency, has handled the account on an interim basis for six months. It will continue to run digital activity for ING Direct. Universal McCann will continue to be ING Direct’s media agency.

Droga5 handled the advertising account before Soap.

Beattie McGuinness Bungay, now BMB, handled the last UK activity when it created "fables". However, BMB lost the account after Barclays bought ING Direct and the brand ceased to exist in the UK.
