The agency, appointed after Delaney Lund Knox & Warren & Partners became the last creative agency left in the running for the ad account last week, won the business after a pitch against MindShare and ZenithOptimedia.

Health Lotteries plans to launch this September and will donate money to health-related causes. It is headed by Ian Milligan, the former sales and marketing director of Camelot, but has yet to be awarded a lottery license.

Pitches were handled by the AAR.
