Choice, the new high street travel agency arm of First Choice.



The poster campaign breaks this weekend to coincide with the opening of

the first Travel Choice shops.



The ads urge people to look at things in a new way and feature visuals

that at first glance appear to be classic holiday snaps but are in fact

everyday items. In one execution, what appears to be a speedboat turns

out to be the zip of a blue anorak. The endline reads: ’Look at things a

new way? It’s your choice.’



Travel Choice was launched last month and plans to open 80 shops by the

end of the year. The shops are designed to make choosing and buying a

holiday more enjoyable.



’Consumer research confirmed that buying a holiday is currently a

horrible experience,’ Virginia Dick, marketing director for Travel

Choice, said.



Amanda Walsh, managing director of Walsh Trott, added: ’Travel Choice

aims to put the enjoyment back into buying a holiday.’



The ads were written by Dave Trott and art directed by Gordon Smith.



Media is being planned and bought by Walker Media.
