Campaign speaks to Seth Dallaire, vice president of global advertising sales at Amazon, about how brands can use the new Amazon Echo.

The Echo, which is set to launch in the UK this month, is a voice-activated home speaker system that includes a personal voice assistant similar to Apple’s Siri. Users can ask the device questions and get information such as recipes, or give commands such as playing a certain music.

Dallaire said the marketing opportunity for brands lies in building up the types of skills available on the device.
