Watch: McLaren's dystopian vision for the 675LT supercar

McLaren has adopted a dark, Sin City aesthetic to debut the 675LT, its brand new supercar.

McLaren's video begins with the supercar lurking, bat-like, against a backdrop of snow, an abandoned phone box and a raging dog.

The aim is to convey the car's beauty combined with its raw power. McLaren's director of marketing, Jamie Corstorphine said:  "Using the tagline, ‘Power. A Beautiful Thing.’ the 675LT is shown in slow motion, but the true power and ability of our lightest ever model is still very apparent."
