The Week: Advertising News - Adspend rise predicted

UK adspend will rise by 3.3 per cent in 2007, according to OPera, Omnicom's pooled media buying operation. The prediction is lower than figures from both Carat and ZenithOptimedia, which forecast 4.1 per cent and 3.7 per cent growth in their respective reports earlier this year. Adspend growth across 2006 came in at 1.4 per cent.
