The Week: Advertising news - DDB scoops Thinkbox gong

DDB London's "enjoy every day" ad for the Volkswagen Golf scooped the top prize in April's inaugural monthly Thinkbox awards, which aim to recognise the best in TV advertising.

The ad, which features scenes of a man driving around in his car, was created by Noah Regan and Graeme Hall. VW Polo's "dog", also from DDB, and Bartle Bogle Hegarty's "gymnasts" spot for Audi were named in second and third place.
