The Week: Brand News - Nike replaces Run London

Nike is replacing Run London with Nike+ Supersonic, an event that will combine running and music.

Londoners will be invited to compete for a place in the 1km race in a series of four weekly 100-metre speed trials. The main race will be followed by a concert on 17 November. The winning competitors will receive a Nike-branded race pack, which will contain an iPod nano, a sports kit and a pair of limited-edition Nike Zoom Jasari trainers. The initiative was designed by AKQA, and will be supported by a branded web portal.
