The Week: City News - Jobs axed at Emap Inform

Emap Inform, the business-to-business magazine publisher, has cut a number of jobs in a bid to reduce its cost base.

The publisher, which produces 21 titles including Drapers and the Architectural Review, plans to axe around 40 members of staff. About half of these will come from its editorial teams. It is believed that Emap will attempt to re-employ some of those staff who have been affected by the cuts to other vacant positions within the group.
