The Week: Clear Ideas bought by M&C

In a separate move, M&C Saatchi has bought the brand consultancy Clear Ideas for an initial payment of £18.4 million in an attempt to diversify the business away from traditional advertising. A further £2.5 million could be paid if Clear Ideas makes a £3 million profit by March next year, with a four-year earn-out on top.
