The Week: Media News - C4 makes F Word apology

Channel 4 has apologised for an episode of Gordon Ramsey's The F Word in which the TV chef was shown spearing a two-foot-long sea bass off the coast of Devon. In the show, aired 15 months ago, Ramsey came ashore carrying the bass and saying: "I have never caught a fish from a spear, and it's not bad for a first time out." However, the fish was actually caught by the spearfishing expert Dave O'Callaghan.
