The Week: Media news - FHM slashes coverprice

Bauer Media has reduced the coverprice of November's issue of FHM by £1.40 in a bid to help the publication regain its position as the UK's best-selling men's consumer paid-for title. FHM lost its number-one spot to Men's Health earlier this year, after seeing its circulation fall by 16.2 per cent year on year for the first six months of 2009. The new price of £2.50 is a one-off for the November issue. The move comes as FHM undergoes a major redesign, introduced by the editor, Colin Kennedy.
