The Week: Media news - OFT launches paper review

The Office of Fair Trading has launched a review into local and regional media ownership rules, focusing on newspapers. The OFT has started the review, called for by the communications minister Stephen Carter's Digital Britain report last month, by consulting with stakeholders on the key issues to focus on.
