The Week: Media news - Radio at three-year high

Radio adspend hit its highest level for three years in the first quarter of 2008, according to figures from RadioCentre. Adspend hit £158.8 million over the period, up 6.7 per cent year on year, but second-quarter spend is expected to fall 3 per cent, with one major radio group likely to suffer a double-digit year-on-year decline.
