The Week: Media news - Tech magazine to launch

The specialist publisher Imagine Publishing is launching a science and technology magazine called How It Works, which will compete with BBC Magazines' BBC Focus.

How It Works will publish monthly from 29 October, backed by a six-figure marketing campaign. It is aimed at ABC1 men aged between 25 and 44 who watch shows such as the humorous panel programme QI.
