ITV has hired Kylie Evans, the head of brand marketing at BSkyB, to the newly created position of head of digital channels marketing. Evans will be in charge of marketing for ITV2, ITV3, ITV4, CITV and Men and Motors, and will work with the ITV marketing director, David Pemsel, on promoting Freeview.
