The Week: People News - Grade sues Dyke for libel

Two of British television's biggest names are set to face each other in court, with Michael Grade, the executive chairman of ITV, suing Greg Dyke for libel.

Grade issued a writ against the former director-general of the BBC following comments Dyke made in a column published by The Times last month. It made a series of allegations about Grade's time as the chairman of the corporation's board of directors. Grade is also suing the paper.
