The Week: People news - Group M promotes Foster

Group M has promoted Richard Foster, the commercial director of its UK content arm, to managing director of the unit. Foster, who was appointed to his current role in January 2008, will now head global strategy for all of Group M's content output. Foster will report to the chief executive of Group M UK, Nick Theakstone.
