He will be replaced by Robert Keitch and Mike Lordan in the roles of chief of membership and brand, and chief of operations respectively. Previous to these roles, both served as DMA directors. Keitch will be the public face of the DMA, managing its relationships with its members, as well as engaging with government and industry stakeholders. Lordan will manage the day-to-day processes of the DMA.
James Kelly, the managing director of the Direct Marketing Association, is to leave his role as part of a major restructure of the organisation.
