Elisabeth Murdoch, the chairman and chief executive of the independent TV producer Shine Group, is teaming up with Joanna Shields, the former Bebo chief executive, to launch a digital media content venture. Shields will be the chief executive of the company and will take a seat on the Shine board. The company aims to combine traditional television production with the reach, power and engagement of social media and serve as an online platform for Shine Group content.
