The Week: People news - Smith nets TouchPoints job

Andrew Smith, the former operations director of digital and direct at Starcom MediaVest, has joined the IPA as a consultant commercial director for TouchPoints, the research project that examines how media fits into consumers' daily lives. Smith worked at Starcom MediaVest for 15 years in a variety of roles, including TV buying director for MediaVest.
