Which? launches major campaign to attract people online

- Which? Online, the Consumer Association's online service provider, is launching a £1 million ad campaign in the run up to Christmas to encourage consumers to go online.

- Which? Online, the Consumer Association's online service provider, is launching a £1 million ad campaign in the run up to Christmas to encourage consumers to go online.

The new campaign will use direct response radio to encourage people to call for a free Which? Online CD-Rom starter pack. The 60 second radio ads, which will run on national stations including Virgin and Talk Radio, follow up on Which? Online's successful DRTV campaign earlier this year.

Supporting the radio campaign will be a an online ad campaign and a major sampling exercise, with Which? handing out free CD Roms to commuters at major London railway stations.

The online ad campaign will run on sites including the Government information service, Cricinfo, the Times and the Sunday Times, Yahoo! and the Electronic Telegraph.
