The incumbent is Mindshare, which did not repitch for the business. The Post Office called the review at the beginning of the year and shortlisted agencies in April. The process went through the Crown Commercial Service. Read more on this story.

The Royal Bank of Scotland Group has expanded its relationship with Lida, as it aims to position its customers at the centre of all of its communications. The M&C Saatchi digital and direct agency already handled direct marketing and CRM for RBS Group’s Private Banking arm. It will now also handle CRM strategy and planning for the group brands including RBS, NatWest, Coutts and Ulster Bank. Read more on this story.

Costa has appointed 101 to handle an advertising project for the brand after competitive pitch. A spokesperson for Costa said: "We can confirm that 101 London have been appointed to work on the brand-led creative campaign for our September activation in the UK&I." The Costa spokesperson added that the appointment did not affect Karmarama’s standing as the brand’s lead creative agency.

Karmarama fought off three rivals to become lead UK creative agency for takeaway business Just Eat. The shop beat WCRS and TBWA, while incumbent Red Brick Road didn't take part in the pitch. McGarrybowen pulled out at an earlier stage. Karmarama will define the ongoing marketing communications strategy and build a new creative campaign platform. Read more on this story.

Pernod Ricard UK, which owns Absolut Vodka and Jacobs Creek, has appointed MRM Meteorite to handle data and digital experience work following a competitive pitch process. The agency will work across all of the company’s wine and spirits brands, including Chivas Regal, Havana Club and Jameson. The pitch was handled by ISBA.

Rapier has won a place on the Adidas global CRM roster with a remit to work on its running and training division. The agency will need to come up with customer engagement strategies and target people through digital channels.

Lucky Generals has been appointed by Taylors of Harrogate, owners of Yorkshire Tea, as its new ad agency. Taylors of Harrogate has just brought in a new marketing director, Dom Dwight. Lucky Generals fought off competition from WCRS, Wieden & Kennedy London for the pitch, which was run by ISBA.
