Feefo, the global feedback engine, has appointed digital agency Delete to redesign its main consumer touchpoints as part of a wider remit of the business, placing greater emphasis on customer experience.  

The consumer ratings and reviews platform, which currently provides verified customer reviews for over 3,000 businesses in the UK and abroad including Expedia, The White Company and AXA, is looking to extend its reach to a wider consumer audience. There is no incumbent.
