World: Amsterdam - 180 bolsters creative department

180 Amsterdam is strengthening its creative department with the signing of a new associate creative director and a senior copywriter.

Dean Maryon, the art director on the "impossible is nothing" Adidas campaign, is promoted from associate creative director to creative director. He is replaced by Stephanie Crippen (top), who joins from Leo Burnett, Chicago.

The senior copywriter Peter Laurelli (bottom) has been hired from Blond Swedish Amateurs, the agency he launched in 2000.
