The World: Brussels - Agency.com expands with Hypervision acquisition

Agency.com has acquired Hypervision, the Brussels-based interactive agency, for an undisclosed sum.

The company will now be rebranded under the Agency.com banner, becoming the group's seventh international office.

The acquisition is the first major act by the newly appointed Agency.com chief executive, David Eastman (pictured). Eastman said: "The opening of the Brussels office is the first step in our European expansion plans and we are all thrilled to welcome Hypervision into the family. The agency initially attracted us through the innovative and creative work we have seen it produce for its clients."
