The World: Brussels - Publicis Groupe buys independent Duval Guillaume

Publicis has acquired Duval Guillaume, Belgium's largest independent full-service agency.

The company, which has offices in Brussels, Antwerp, Paris and New York, will remain autonomous from Publicis Groupe and continue to function under the Duval Guillaume brand name.

The agency's management structure will also remain the same, but its co-founders - the chief executive, Andre Duval (pictured), and the creative director, Guillaume Van der Stighelen - will now report to the Publicis chief operating officer, Rick Bendel. The pair will also assume positions on the Publicis worldwide board.
