The World: Buenos Aires - BBDO wins Nike assignment in South America

BBDO Argentina has picked up Nike's above-the-line advertising account for South America's southern region, which includes Argentina, Chile, Uruguay and Paraguay.

The agency already handles Nike in Argentina and was awarded the business without a pitch.

Carlos Perez, the president of BBDO Argentina, said: "We are very proud of being chosen by a company that considers creativity as one of the main values of its brand communication. This fits straight into our working practice."

The agency also recently picked up the Quaker LatAm account, which covers the whole of Latin America.
