The World: Chicago - John Minnec lands senior role at Euro RSCG

John Minnec, the former president of DraftFCB in London, is taking a senior management role at Euro RSCG in Chicago.

In the newly created post of executive director, he will guide business development, interactive and general advertising efforts.

He will report to Ron Bess, the agency president, and will take over the responsibilities of Zain Raj, who has been promoted to chief executive of Euro RSCG Discovery.

Minnec has also worked for Ogilvy & Mather, Grey and Leo Burnett.

Bess said: "John is an international leader in the truest sense."
