The World: Chicago - TBWA poised to make Figliulo its NYC creative chief

TBWA\Chiat\Day is poised to poach Mark Figliulo, the chief creative officer at Young & Rubicam in Chicago, to take creative command of its New York office.

Figliulo would fill the vacancy left by Gerry Graf, the much-decorated creative, who recently quit to join Saatchi & Saatchi.

The move would be the latest in a poaching frenzy over the past few months that has seen top creatives moving in and out of TBWA, Y&R and Saatchis.

It began last November with the departure of Tony Granger as the chief creative officer at Saatchis to take on a global creative role at Y&R. In January, Graf was appointed to replace him.
