The World: Detroit - Creative chief Gary Topolewski departs BBDO

Gary Topolewski, the chief creative officer at BBDO Detroit, has left the agency barely one year into the post.

The departure comes as the BBDO network makes changes to its creative reporting responsibilities, with creative directors at the Detroit office now reporting to the BBDO North America chairman and chief creative officer, David Lubars (pictured).

BBDO Detroit handles creative duties on DaimlerChrysler's $1.6 billion account, including the brands Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep.
